KY Speed
Ordered a set of Hawk ceramic brake pads from them back on the first of the month. There was a problem with the order it showed up on my account then a few days later the charge dissapeared. I contacted Mark and by the next day he had everything sorted out and taken care of and the brake pads were in my hands within 3 days. What I really liked was there was not a whole lot of going back and forth I messaged Mark gave him the info on the order and the part and bam it was taken care of. Just for how quick and easy the problem was solved I will continue to shop with these guys. Also the ease of resolving the issue helped since I was at work most of the time and only had time to message him on breaks.
