if your car is stock height or only lowered a little get boxed LCA with poly. and for phb get the on car adj. with poly.

polyurethane is better for drag. rod ends are better for road race. roto joints are supposed to be half way.

you should of posted this 3 days ago I just sold my bmr aluminum boxed LCA and poly phb w/ SLP springs to some kid on craigslist for 200

I never drag raced so I can't tell if the polys are really better then the rod ends. the only thing that I do notice now with the rod ends is I feel every bump in the road much more than I did with the poly pieces. also the poly squeaked alot on turns which isn't really a big deal but it was kinda annoying

    Hello,

Rod ends can be noisy overtime, even good rod ends will eventually wear and add additional noise. I wouldn't recommend them for a daily driver.

Since you do plan on lowering the car I highly recommend an adjustable panhard bar. This will allow you to center the rear end after lowering it. With out the rear end may sit slightly off center after you lower. For control arms non-adj. will be just fine.

I posted a few links below on my recommendations. If you have any questions I would be happy to assist you.

    Panhard Bar- www.umiperformance.com/2029

    Lower Control Arms- www.umiperformance.com/2015

    Hope that helps!

I sprayed tri-flo lube on all my rod end parts before putting it on the ground. so far no noise but I only drive the car once or twice a month lol

Imho, I'd go with the adjustable panhard Dom.. Our axles are sightly off center from the factory.. An Adjustable will bring things into line.. Just my .02..
