What kind of Driving do you do? If its everyday DD i would recommend just sticking with stock type but go with a ceramic pad.

My raysbestos cearamics worked well, good stopping and no brake noise. Could come to a stop as smoothly as I wanted. Have the Hawk pads now, the step before they get to track oriented. Squeek a little after a fast run. Stop pretty smoothly but always a little nudge before the complete stop. Napa rotors are the cheap and no quality problems that I have heard copmlained about.
Should probably stick with stock pads.

I've been very happy with EBC Rotors and Redstuff pads. Little dust, great feel after bleeding, no fade, and very little noise except for the whooshing as the slots pass the calipers when you're driving along side a curb or other type of barrier.

From past experience.... if you use the car regularly as a daily driver stay away from slotted rotors. The noise they make got to me.
If your out to race, go for it, put 'em on. Hawk HPS or Satisfied Pro Ceramic are good pads to use.

I went with the Baer "Eradaspeed" rotors, and the Hawk "HPS" pads, I also threw in a set of Russell "SS" braided brake hoses. This setup made a tremendous difference over the stock system.
