get some drag radials and smoke him out of the hole. he'll freak out and hit the juice in 1st gear. he'll spin like a bitch, the freak out more and powershift into second only to spin even more. you'll beat him acros the line but he may have a higher trap speed.

Yea i run M/T ET streets

I usually cut 1.8-1.9 60's. I launch like at 3-3500 rpm cause I'm afraid to blow my 10 bolt...

Yea yea i know it'll blow soon but it's been good for now

I cut consistant 1.73-1.76 60' stalled at 2000rpm with MT ET Streets.

A cam and heads will give you a lot of HP but I still don't believe 12.5's with stock cam and heads...

A 98 cobra with those mods detup to hook and a 100 shot would easily hit 11s. But im sure this guy cant hook as the op said he only runs 14s.

Are you serious??? If it was a Terminator, 03-04 Cobra then yes. Its a POS 98, the GTs made more power than the Cobras back then... well maybe not, but the HP difference was close to nothing in 98 between the GT and the Cobra. Pretty much Cobra's were a joke until 03. And If I am not mistaken 13.8 was about the best you could get on them stock, with traction.
