06' GXP vs 10' Camaro RS

yesterday was driving in town and saw a black camaro, couldnt tell if it was a SS or not, so we were riding side by side and he went to turn so i revved at him and he kept going straight and whipped in front of me, his GF in the passengers seat flipped me off, and at that time i realized it was a RS v6. so i follow him onto the highway as i pass him on the 2 lane on ramp then as we got on the highway i slowed down so we could race from a speed but he blew by me and wouldnt slow down, so finally he slowed down and i get on his left side and his GF was talking shit with her hands like pfft your nothin lol. so i get beside him and he starts to speed up and finally rolls the window down and im tryin to tell him we'll go from 70 mph and go on 3 honks, as im telling him that he just goes so i downshift to 2nd and mash it till about 125 ish but a car was infront so i had to slow down. I DID have my cutout open but cant really hear it on here. filmed with my black berry, excuse my buddy he was kinda pumped cuz he didnt believe that i could hang with a 10' camaro v6.

lol yeah idk what was up with the 1 handed race either, cant do it in this car below 50 cuz of the torque stear is crazy!, well for 1 i rolled my window up when we first took off so thats where the hand went just never came back to the wheel lol and 2 i waived lol. just the cutout and modded the stock airbox.

Sounds like a torque race only should try from a dig. But good kill anywho..

yeah they arent too bad, run 13.9-14.0 in stock form, also there is a guy running a tune, intake, exhaust, catless down pipe, and drag radials running 13.55 1/4 mile, then there are a few with th cartuning turbo kit in the low 12's high 11's, thats when it gets kinda nasty

also i believe a poor driver mod on the camaros part but idk, i dont know the guy, im sure i will run into another one if not him again and i will go from a dig and see what happens.

also headers were just made for the gxp's and people are doing LS6 intakes on them and not sure if you guys knew but we come stock with 243 LS6 heads.
EDIT: i was advised that the heads that come on the LS4 are the 243 LS2 heads.

GXP Curb Weight = 3,600lbs 303bhp and 323tq
Camaro RS Weight = 3,785lbs 304bhp and 273tq

You both had passengers but his extra weight makes it as if there is a 3rd person in the Camaro. At the 70mph roll you have a nice 2nd gear hit. The torque advantage in the GXP is substantial. Frankly I'm not surprised at all at the result.

I hope this guy's GF feels retarded after disrespecting you like that. Too bad a 5 passenger FWD sedan walked his muscle car like that! I love it when people get put in their place.

haha yeah, the V8 sure helps lol. but i would like to post a disclamer because some people on other forums and on youtube think i am bragging about beating a v6 camaro, this video was made because the v6 camaro driver thought they were hott shit and also was a comparison video for my LS4 forum. NOT BRAGGING AT ALL. thank you.
