What do the G8 GT's have in them?

Whatever was in the one I raced from a dig, it couldn't keep up with 230HP.

Well, it had the GT logo on the back of it when I rolled up. Looked pretty badass in stock trim, for the most part, the styling was good. He also had an automatic, which made any driver skill moot.

I think the G8 GT has about 360hp and weighs almost 4000lbs. The one that i would be a bit worried about is the 415hp GXP.

i got beat one time really bad by a neon before and we were on the highway he would only get about two cars in front but no more and i could not catch him he could always keep me at bay but now with the new mods i dont think so ever again but yea to me those neon SRT4 are fast and i dont know why or how dodge can make a car faster then there challenger and charger srt 8's

They don't. The Neon SRT-4 wasn't quicker than the SRT-8s, and the Caliber SRT-4, despite its factory 300 hp, is no quicker than the old Neon SRT-4s. Stock they were high 13 to low 14 cars, and SRT-8s are mid-to-low 13 cars.

For real, i mean realy is it that serious to correct me about a dodge, yes chargers and challenger's are faster but most of these kill stories about cars being ran on the street so running 120plus im pretty sure a charger hemi or srt8 can not out run a neon srt with mods i know i have race them aginst them all but someone like your self that does not think out side of the box would'nt feel that why because you go by track time slips, so why you are trying to cut me down about how much i know about a dodge you should take some of your time and worker on your camaro or sell it and join a dodge web club or something its 2010 and your car still looks stock i mean come on get out my life...

they dont like to race at the track here. i have no reason to race off the track in my DD. that shit is just retarded. especially because lvms is 10 minutes from my house. if they can't or won't play at the track then there is no need to play period. others will do what they will but i feel taking the race to the track is completely reasonable.

Hey bro, you said it LOL. I only said something because Dodge didn't make the SRT-4 quicker than the SRT-8s, the owners did. Geez, don't need to be butthurt I don't think I'll ever own a Dodge, but I've raced both cars stock and there is a difference. And that Camaro has been sold for a couple years now, just had an exhaust, shift kit, chip, and a K&N. And a stickier set of tires I am a huge GM guy, I was just yankin your chain a little, you need to chill out man

my brother raced a gxp when we were in his ctv one time, suprisingly it kept up, but we also had 2 passangers and he had just a driver. It definately wasnt stock but it was fast, i kinda thought it was bullshit when he said it had 500hp, considering the v has 435rwhp and had 2 passangers and we were neck in neck.

Well it must be a good time for me to step in. Heres my dyno runs for my G8.

Roto-Fab intake, Corsa Cat-back, Superchips tune... Putting around 390 to the crank verses the 361 stock.

g8 gt came with 6 speed autos and gxp had 6 speed manuals available.
