My weekend full of racing

So friday we had nothing to do at night so me and 2 other friends headed out to cruise in my car well it was like there were several other people doing the same!

First some douche 16 yr old was trying to race me in his 90's eclipse, i was going half throttle and i was pulling him. So i got tired floored, slid sideways and waved goodbye!

Next was a GIRL in a 03? yellow gt and i was passing her without any intentions of racing, so i turn to look and see if she's pretty which she was and then she looks at me and smiles and guns it! I was like wtf! i gunned it too but i totally forgot i was in 4th

so i went down to 2nd and when i was catching up she hit her brakes. I bet she thinks she beat me too

I still wanna see her sometime.

Then was some some dude who had a '10 ss and he was a douche looked at me like my car was nothing and then he revved his car which i could hardly hear over mine and then he did a left turn with a semi crappy burnout and oh boy i know he heard my car revving up and calling him.

Then the best race of the night was a c5 z06! We were going down the highway at about 1a.m with a mustang behind us. So i pull up next to him and we look at each other and he drops it so i drop it too at about 70 and he gets the jump but i was right on his ass after that to about 140! I was like wtf i didnt get beat that bad! So i tried again lol this time we were going about 80 and dropped it and he got the jump on me again and then i was about a car length behind him to 140! That was very exciting!! Oh and the mustang didn't even bother, he disappeared

On Saturday coming back from school just cruising, t-tops off, radio blasting, there was a again 03ish gt in front of me on the highway and he kept dropping it a gear and flooring it and i was like whatever dude there is a shitload of traffic. no way in gonna try here. So we get off on the same exit and it just goes into another highway which is emptier and he guns and so do i

well i pass him and hes done with but out of nowhere comes a 07ish GT and just fly's by me! I was like wtf! So we approach the next light and they line up in front of me and im behind the 07 gt and they gun it again, well so do i!! The 07 is gone but again i pass the 03 even though i was behind him lol so we all stop to check out each others cars and to my fuckin surprise the 03 had a Kenne Bell supercharger! And the 07 had a Saleen supercharger, said the dude but he was a fucking idiot, as he had 3 teens and 2 like 7 year olds in the car with him

and he did hit his car on the curb after the second run. They thought my car had a cam. People say that at the drags too :idunno:

Anyways i was surprised my car kept up with those cars and actually i guess beat a kenne bell gt

My car just has bolt-ons. Fipk2, lt's, 3 inch y dumped before axle, tb bypass, ported and polished tb, ls6 intake, tune, and some suspension done to it too. I think thats it. So i dont know factory freak? or those people cant drive?

the z06 was bone stock i think i couldnt even hear a exhaust on it

The 07 GT with Saleen S/C, I don't know about except out of the hole where most people put money into everything except getting the HP to the ground on take off and all they do is spin or go out of control. On a roll, it should be pretty fast.
The Z06 weighs less, has more power, and should also walked away from your car with the mods listed. Unless of course, he just punched it without downshifting and lower then 5th.

All in all, nice story though. It would have excited me to keep up with the Z as well.

did you buy the car used? it might have a small cam, if people keep on asking, then it would sound about right.

I'm thinking the only car he actually said he he beat was the 03 which would not surprise me especially if he has a small cam. He said the C5Z beat him and the 07 GT so....... I'm thinking shitty cars.Even if the 03 GT had a KB it's still a 2 valve and is probably making less than 320RWHP.
