haha yeah I know... it would just be sad cause I too once shared the dream to have a kick ass V6. I support you 6er guys... even though nothing can replace the sound of a bonified V8 for me

He realized that I stopped (him pulling ahead all of a sudden might have been an indication), and slowed down too. We rolled our windows down and gave each other thumbs up and went about our merry ways.

Damn that was fun...I was shaking from adrenaline for about 5 minutes...I've been waiting for a good race with the GTP ever since I bought her in June.

    GTP Mods:
    CAI Intake
    3.4" Pulley
    Headers
    3" Down Pipe
    180* Tstat
You've got a tune in that car if you saw 140. Hopefully its either a ZZP or a DHP and not an Intense one

Stock tune and I've had a 3.4 on it since 20K and I'm at 115K now. Lil common sense goes a long way with reliability on these cars.

ZZP went 8.65 on a stock bottom end so its possible....

If they are built properly with forged internals they can be built to pull wheel stands. However 60* is a near perfect distance center to center in a Vee engine cylinder spread.

    The Doc is out..
Pssst all the push rod 60* torqueless turds have a balance shaft as well.

    Nope. 3800 only... 60* v6 motors don't need one..

Only the TDC has an intermediate shaft and it does nothing for rotating assembly balance. It's there only to run the high pressure oil pump..

I know very little about the chinese 3400. But none of the North American GM 60*v6ers have one. Frankly bro there's no room or need..
