He/she/it was attempting to use rational reasoning to explain why it is ok to do 150 mph on the freeway.

    Fail.

There is always some section of road that the city setup perfectly for stop-light racing. Or some section of highway that always draws a roll racing Charger. We all have those twisty roads that make us go faster. We love the sound and smell of exhaust. The smell or burnt rubber. The sound of an engine running at the redline gets us excited. If you don't go fast with your f-body or other toy, why do you have it?

If the OP wants to do 140, let him. He knows the price he could pay.

    See above about "rational reasoning".

I don't think anybody has any issues with the "price" the OP could pay. If that is all it was, you would see ME out there street racing. Unfortunately, it is the rest of us that must share the roads with utter idiots.....and I include those that talk/text in traffic on cell phones to be right along side those that do 140 mph down public highways.

But we've been over all of this before, haven't we? Now we watch the kiddie brigade come back and defend stupidity. Tis predictable.
