Killed a Stang today

Was the last gen Gt so I'm guessin the 265 hp version or so. Black convertible nice AM wheels and a loud exhaust. I heard him a few cars ahead. I cut slowly and nicely between a few cars and managed to squeeze between a car to get the red light beside him. I heard him tap his throttle and I didn't even have to look. I touched the gas and I'm sure he knew. light turned green and I hesitated a sec in case he wouldnt go for it but sure enough he did. He jumped ahead half a car and switched gears before I could even get halfway through first. imy first thought was he has 4.10s By the time I hit redline and slammed 2nd I jumped easily in front and pulling hard. redlined 2nd and nailed 3rd hard for fun before I stabbed the brakes to slow down. Both gave thumbs up and he asked what i had done. Said I had a K&N and a catback. he said his was stock. I'm sure he had an exhaust and short gears but i said Nice car and he said the same in return. we smiled and went our ways. Not bad for high miler daily driver.

120k miles with a K&N and corsa cat back thats it. Yeah I didn't even have a doubt vs that Stang but I applaud him for trying.
