2000 camaro v6

i found a 2000 camaro v6 automatic. it is in excellent shape, black with t tops. the price is $3400. If i buy this car and do a v8 swap will the car loose its value or will it be worth in the 7K or 10K range?

It would certainly gain value...ALOT in fact....at least double.

I think the swap would cost more than the car would be worth after....

Unless you dont get rid of it. Such as myself. Had to shelve my Camaro project for now, lack of once abundant time and my TT project have set it back for a while. But A ground up LS1 m6 build from just her bare chassy is in her near future.. If you're just gonna sell it maybe put a blower or a turbo on it. There's some blown 3800's around this site that run pretty good.

Scratch that.. Still not done with the other project but going blown down the road on the v6er..
