What stall speed for this setup?

What would you guys recommend for a stall speed on a daily driven car with this setup:

224/220 581/581 116 cam
beefed up valve train
Ported TB
MTI lid
SLP MAF
Underdrive pulley
Hooker LT with y pipe
dyntech cats
Borla exhaust

I have to drive this car everyday through heavy traffic. Thanks for the help.

a tci streetfighter 3000 rpm converter.
its drives just about like stock and will knock off half a second in the 1/4 mile.

I personally say if you have an automatic, go big. Since you drive it everyday, I dunno. I would go 4200 with a big gear. like 410

Get at least a 3200 stall.

And why that cam? Looks like a turbo cam.

I wanted something that would make good power but not sound to loud or choppy.

3400 stall, or thereabouts. You cant go too small since that cam will want to idle at around 850rpm. You dont want to go too big either because it will feel like slush around town, flashing all over the place.

If it were a weekend driver I would go with a higher stall, but I will probably stick with a 3200-3600 stall. Thanks for all the help.
