Not bad for stock internals with headers. Still have the LS1 intake?

Start looking for a used LS6 intake. It's an easy mod and will bump you up a few HP. There are some other free mods that you can do that will squeeze out a few more. Still on stock tune?

Also I love Christmas in May my Tick MC & speed bleeder came in.

I agree a LS6 intake would help out. I'll just have to add to he list of wants.

No I had it tuned this morning. It pulled 318 for a baseline. I was impressed with that to say the least.

Got the new exhaust finished up. Had to make some custom hangers. Didn't like the idea of bolting them into the floor pan at the passenger seat area. Didn't seem strong enough over a long period so made the hangers longer and bolted them into a area higher up that had some reinforcement. Got some of the emblem pros stuff put on and began fitting the 6litereater rear diffuser.

fixed both my door panels...passenger side was worse, but turned out just as good as this one. I also fixed the staple issue that causes our door panels to crack. Got this knocked out yesterday along with a passenger side window motor that has never been replaced. Got it all knocked out before the car show this morning.

Used zip ties to pull the panels back together, sanded the back of the panel where the crack is, jb welded the crack and left the zip tie in place to hold it together just in case...

    Before:

After: If you look really hard "and I mean really hard..." you can still see where the crack was, but you would never know it was there unless you knew exactly where to look...

I had to move the wire loom to be able to get it in. Best thing though is being able to take the adjustable shaft off so you aren't fighting the whole assembly.

    But once in, it's in!!!

Very true. I had to use the threaded rod to force/guide it into place and just couldn't get the bolts that came with it to thread in, ended up going to the hardware store to get longer ones. Don't regret having to do it one bit. Though I would curse up a storm at having to do it again.

That's not as much fun as a Tick MC or doing their fuel pump.

My buddy helped me, he mostly did it because my elbow is still recovering from surgery. So he dealt with the frustration. Nice to hear someone else cuss instead of me. I did get to test drive his car that has one and a Monster stg 2 clutch. Wow what a major difference when compared to my old OEM MC & LS7 clutch. I have a Monster stg 4 clutch in it

haha, yea nice to laugh at other's frustration for a change I just moved back to MS a couple years ago so all my friends are 400 miles away. I have to handle everything solo unfortunately which can sometimes be a pain in the ass. Although I have become pretty proficient at removing/re-installing a trans on these cars. I am running the clutch that came with my T56 swap which I was told is a RAM HDX he just wasn't sure which one it was. When I get the time/money to have the T56 sent off to TDP for a rebuild I will either be going with one of Jason's Diamond clutches or a Monster at that point. At this rate if I want all this done in the next 3-5 years I will need to sell a kidney.

That would be easier if this wasn't my daily driver That's why I try to get things done in a weekend if I can. I'm thinking about getting a pickup sometime next year and that will make this much easier to deal with.
