Add some black lettering and a Black bird on the hood and it will look bad ass IMO.
I like the red color but with eeeeverything being the same color it was monotonous. I wanted to break it up some and be a little different. I still have the side mirrors to do and eventually I will be getting the WSQ hood and am thinking about doing the cowls on it black as well. As for the badges, I plan to get the black mirrored onyx stainless overlays from Emblem Pros for the front plate bird, rear pontiac lettering and the door lettering.

I can make that spoiler and sail panel shine like the rest of your car.
I am not sure if I want them to be glossy or not. I went with a satin finish and am kind of digging it so far. Maybe when I put the CF sail panel on I will change my mind since it will be glossy and go with a 2 stage on the black sections.

Removed the shifter linkage, removed the torque arm bracket, and unbolted the driveshaft from the rear end. It is stuck though and won't come off. I think I might tap it with a rubber mallet, hopefully that will make it come loose. Once the driveshaft is out of the way there is nothing holding my trans an engine in. Then out the top it will come which may be slightly tricky.

Finally installed the vent rings I've had for quite a while on my TA. Also, replaced the leaking hose used for my throttle body bypass mod.

Take a prybar and give the rear of the driveshaft a little tweak and it should separate from the pumpkin with little effort. I had to do that when I pulled my trans for a converter upgrade. I tried a rubber mallet as well and it didn't do squat.

^^ To clarify - insert the prybar between the u-joint and the differential yoke. You want to make sure that the bar only contacts steel and does not touch the aluminum driveshaft. Be ready to catch the driveshaft when it pops free.

The air was nice and cool yesterday after work when I got home so out came the TA for a blast down ritchie hwy to see if anyone wanted to come out and play. Nobody was out but it was only 7:30 or so, so I just laid into it a few times from 50-??? whatever the "legal" speed limit is.

Depends on what hwy you were on. Reminds me of the blonde joke. Cop pulls over two blondes. He asks if they know what they got pulled over for. The driver says no. He tells her that she was driving 91 in a 55. She says, what? He says, yea, the speed liit is 55. She asks, it isn't 91? He tells her no. She says, but I saw it on the sign! He looks over at the passenger, and asks, why is she so pale? The driver says, cause we just got off hwy 113.

Pulled out the old interior. Replaced the headliner and visors, seat belts. I pressure washed the new carpet yesterday. Dynamat coming tomorrow. Start laying it tomorrow night. Also ordered all new switches for the doors. I am picking up saddle soap to treat the new seats. Black, here I come! Looking sharper already with the door panels, headliner, visors in. I plan on pulling the door panels back off soon and Dynamatting the doors, and then putting in a red insert in the door panels. I really should fix the window motor wiring at the same time, right? Is it pretty simple? I think I saw the thread somewhere....
