best headers for borla catback

who has borla and what kind of headers have they used. i spent a lot on the catback because i figured that would be what affected the sound the most, i like the deeeeeeeeep growl, i don't want to spend a ton on headers, what would be a high mid range price and a low mid range price?

i have kooks long tubes and kooks y pipe, my borla fits like shit. it hits the under side of the body twice on the I pipe section, then over the axle and the muffler sits on the heat sheild. over all sounds good but very annoying from all the vibrations.

Ya my Borla catback muffler used to hit the heatsheild but a lil bit of bending on the heatsheild took care of that. I like the way the muffler tucks up real high, shows off the TA girdle on the rear end. I had rattling over nthe axle too. Took a piece of rubber hose and wedged it up there. Of course it always slipped out. Solution is to take a screw clamp and run it thru the peice of hose and wrap/tighten the clamp around the I pipe. Hasn't rattled in years. Love this catback now.

ill have to try out the clamp deal. its just very frustrating to have to pay the amount for a borla and it doesnt even come close to fitting perfect. for 900 dollars you want something worth while.

I have 1 3/4 Pacesetters, ORY and a Borla. I also had vibration issues where it goes over the axle. Other than that, I love everything about it.

must be nice to not have any issues, mine was bad enough that i had to get a custome I pipe installed and discard the old one. thats what the people at borla suggested.
