I'd like to know the same thing. I passed up on LS6 heads yesterday because I wasn't sure if I could use the rockers off my 241's.

I passed up on a set of 243's with less than 8k miles. Sodium filled valves. 400 bucks. Didn't jump on them cuz I was unsure of the rockers.

On e-bay. They only had 7 minutes left when I seen them. Didn't have time to post and get an answer on forum. Oh well. Just lookin for a deal. Haven't even bought my cam yet, lol. I'm lazy, and a tightwad.

Yes, the rockers will transfer over. Stock rockers are a very nice, light piece. There are the known bearing problems over a period of time, but there rebuildable. Only time you have to worry about using the stock rockers is when purchasing after market heads with bronze valve guides, as the stockers will cause premature wear and eventually oil consumption. There are also certain heads such as ETP and TFS where the valve angle has been changed and stock rockers will not work. That will usually be listed in the sale especially if buying new.

Yea, I did a package. I'll PM you the link. Frost is a good tuner, but I would strongly recommend a dyno tune because you can do wide open throttle adjustments if necessary, be able to see if your A/F is good at WOT, and you'll get to see what kind of numbers your making with your new goodies installed

I'd get another crank bolt if I were you, they dont cost much. As far as head bolts, you dont have to remove them for a cam swap. But if you do remove the heads, then no, you can not reuse them. So when you replace them, get some good ones like ARP, or even some studs to go in there
