I picked one up and am wondering before I drill into the firewall, who has had experience with this piece.
Good or bad.
It should really quicken up the steering nice and will come in handy when I take her up into the mountain twistys running over to Santa Cruz.
There has been much debate over whether anything is gained by adding one. Most will tend to lean towards them not being worth it. I certainly wouldn't drill into my firewall to add one.
As stated above, there is also some debate about 2pt vs 3pt centering around 3 point stb's stressing the windshield and causing it to crack.
This is also what I've read. STB is one of the few suspension components I never bothered with.Quote:
