One-third of the way through the work week. Four day weekend is going to be great. After all the work in the garage this weekend, I did a bunch of cleaning. Can actually see some of my work bench now. Next project will be assembling the engine for my brother's military jeep. I pulled out the...

I put 7 cars through the garage this weekend. Installed new tires on 3; front wheel bearing on 1 (bastard job, had to remove the knuckle and press the f'er out); sectioned a power steering return line on another by cutting out the damaged section, flaring the ends and running high pressure hose;...

^^ If you mean the nasty adhesive that permeates the panel... that was a 4th gen issue ('98 - '02). Ask me how I know. :(

To clarify my post, we don't recommend messing with the MAF (ie. de-screen, de-blade, or port) as it is a calibrated sensor. Anything done to the MAF in the name of increasing air flow is simply going to throw off its calibration and result in actual airflow being incorrectly reported to the PCM.

The entire system consists of the pump, a hose to the diverter valve, a valve assembly with integral vacuum solenoid, two check valves on the pipes coming up from the exhaust manifolds, and two hoses that run from the diverter valve to the check valves.

Let me drag it out and snap some pics for you - do you just need the air pump?

Our car was originally purchased in California. Not sure why there would be a different connector, but I have all my secondary air stuff stored in a box if you want me to dig it out.

yeah well its all in the offset my old rims were 10.5 also but they didnt rub and when i got quoted on putting in the studs they wanted $150 at a tire shop but took it to a axle place and they quoted me at $10 per axle or $30 per axle if they had to drill but they did it for free since i was getting a new ring and pinion so if you want to upgrade to 3.73 or 4.10 gears you might as well do it now
