    Usually when the turn signals flash fast it's because the amperage going through the T/signal circuit isn't correct to operate the flasher properly. Usually it's a burnt out bulb, incorrect bulbs (LEDs or wrong part number bulb), or the flasher is bad. You might be able to replace the flasher...

    Yep. There is a bolt under the side of the bumper. You can probably leave the bumper on and get to it through the wheel well area after partially removing the wheel well liner. Also, I think the grille needs to come off. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
