New 'round here, looking for a little help.

Hey ya'll. New to the forums, but not to LS1's. I own/owned a '99 TA, noticed 'owned'. 6 months ago it was basically stolen from me by a shady dealership while I was considering a trade. Basically, they sold it before I made a purchase commitment, or signed any paperwork. Anyways, long story short, I'm in the process of state and legal actions against the dealership, and we are trying to find the car. It was sold at an auto broker in central Texas. The car is a 1999 Pontiac Trans Am, pewter in color, dark grey int., automatic. There are some things that make it stand out.
1. Boyd Coddinton aluminum wheels-17x8 5-spoke
2. 2" slammed drop springs
3. Race built 4L60E, shifts like a truck hit you.
4. Large swath of paint missing on Fr. bumoer, pass. side
5. Pontiac arrowhead emblem glued to the nose.
6. Flowmaster muffler with twin 3" chrome slash tips
I have the VIN # still. If anyone has any knowledge of this cars location, please let me know, via post or message.

wouldn't the police be able to trace it with the VIN #?

I have contacted a lawyer, and DMV, and the police. The car is still registered and titled in my name. The finance company for the car is tracking down where the title paperwork was sent. Like I said, shady dealership.
