New member....tons of questions

Hey Everyone,
been on the site a few times. It has helped me out already.
I bought my 99 Formula last August. It is a T56 with a K&N filter and a custom dual exhaust with no mufflers. (not my choice, that is how I bought it) It has a hurst billet pro comp shifter....other than that it is stock. I prefer the more subtle lines of the formula along with the minimal weight. I think I got a fairly good deal. 86,000 miles. one very small dent near the driver side tail light lens, other than that it is now mint. It needed a steering rack and a new right reat Axle, outer axle bearing and seal. I paid $7900 for it " as is" and got $4000 trade in towards it from a 97 honda I was paying on, but never drove anyway. so I put another $1100 in it after purchase.
The car is a blast. It has run a best of 14.708 @ 101.24 in Pueblo CO at 5500 feet. (13.85 at 108 corrected for sea level) I know there are tons of faster cars, but I am just getting started and feel happy with the performance as is for a starting point. Side note the clutch is going away...slipping at the strip.
future plans are include a SLP heavy duty clutch and billet flywheel and maybe a set of drag radials. Also thinking of a steeper ring and pinion......3.73 - 3.90 range.
I do have one burning question if someone is reading this and knows the answer quickly.
Is there anyway to tell if your PCM has been reprogramed without buying a programer........I know the rev limiter kicks in around 6200........any information would be much appreciated.
