New from Illinois

Hello all! I'm new to the forum and kind of new to the LS1 scene. About a month ago i traded in my GP for a 2001 T/A. My wife has a 2001 WS6 so we thought it would be cool to each have a trans am so we could go to shows together and stuff. My GP was rusting out so it was time to part ways with it anyway. Most of my attention was paid to the Grand Prix and all things 3800 but now that I have 2 T/As, I should probably start learning more about the LS1 and what better place to start than a forum named LS1.com

I am not partial to the T/A as i also love the late model GTOs so this should be a fun site to be a part of.

Anyway, i look forward to meeting all of you. Here are some pics of my car.

Thanks for all the compliments! I forgot to mention that this car only had 25,500 miles on it when i bought it. I just hit 27K. It is really clean. It's been fun driving it so far in winter. Can't wait to see how fun it is in warmer weather with the t-tops off and whatnot!
