    ty im not new to lsx's just looking to find more info ... the wildest mod ive done was a t rex cam an a harris speed nitrious plate ...in the 10's with 3.23's

    I wanna say it made 367 to the back tires on motor ... fast intake larger tb on tall dr's .. nothing special just some junk I had laying around

    after I put the factory no z rated drive shaft .. car cut off at 120 ..... with gas an dr's 1.553 60ft 1/8 6.851 @ 101.36 mph 1/4 10.768 @ 124.63 mph fac rear with fac 2.73 gear

    I figured the SS drive shaft was stonger .... proven it wasnt

    oh I have a 9 inch in my moded 89 TTA#1397 and a 9 inch ready to go in the z when it breaks

    aluminum ss drive shaft



    went back with the factory slow z28 steel ds no more problems YET ! broke tail shaft of trans also

    yes sir I know ! found my dyno sheet on motor .. don't think 371 rwhp was that bad with gear an tires ummm mph was a like 202 mph lol

    Carnage! Stock aluminum driveshafts are known weak points when the power is upped and sticky tires meet sticky track surfaces. Jon and I both run PST aftermarket shafts in our cars. He's pushing a lot more power than I am and has had zero issues.
