Silver & Blue- 02 Camaro SS, 04 GTO
Hey Jon, welcome to the site. I was at a cajun fest last weekend and I learned how to " Suck Head " Ok let's hear the jokes. But really that stuff is goooood. Pull them little crawdaddies apart, suck the juice out of the head and you have a little, mini lobster tail left over. Combo that with some dirty rice, Jambalaya and a cold beer and it is a little slice of Cajun Heaven. Wow, I'm hungry again.
My ride is a 2002 Camaro SS SLP #3296 with 30k, LTH, 3" Y, CME, Frost tune, K&N, ported TB, Blackwing lid, Bellows, MSD, Denso Iridium, and 85mm MAF, Bilsteins, Eibach springs, SLP strut brace, Adj. Panhard, TA Girdle, UMI, Pro 5.0, Nitto NT555
My wife has a 2004 GTO with the rare SAP, 18" wheels, K&N Cold Air System, MSD, Ported TB, Frost tune, Denso Iridium, Flowmaster cat-back, 3200 Yank, 75k

Im from Patterson. Across the bridge from Morgan City.
Lotta people, even in Louisiana, dont know where dats at. So if you dont, its about 50 miles south of Lafayette.
They tryin to boil crawfish in Hawaii now at a place called kickin kajun. Dont know what they are doing at all. Sellin em for $13 a pound. Thats crazy prices. Since I been livin here I told my Dad a cajun restaurant would do REALLY well. Now there is one andthey dont know what the hell they are doin. Local Hawaiians tryin to be cajun just dont work.Last edited by kenro23; 05-28-2012 at 08:23 PM.

Sounds like you have a business model and have identified a need from the local community looking for " good, real Cajun food ". You should get some family receipes together, try to create a supply line, find a good location. Hey you don't need a fancy building, just a good location with foot traffic. I can see this idea growing into a nice little business for you. Good luck.

Ah... It's the Daiquiri that threw me off as Daiquiri is usually made with rum, lime, sweet mix and or fruit.
