Drop the flows and get a good cat-back. Get a 3K stall with some 3.73s. Basically, money buys speed. You can go a forced induction route and throw an STS Turbo on it or u could get a Vortech supercharger, or you could go with a Headed and Cammed LS1. Either way you're going to need supporting mods. You say you have "air intake", what is this exactly, a smooth lid, K&N filter, cold air intake, or a LS6 intake manifold?

Whats a jet programmer? You could go with true duals if you want, itll sound nice and you pick up quite a bit of torque. If you decide to stay with a Y-Pipe, get some long tube headers, off road y pipe, and a nice catback. you can get a new catback from around $400 all the way up about $850 for Borla or Corsa.
