Just bought a Black 99 SS

I just bought a '99 Camaro SS! It's Black, tan leather, T-tops, Monsoon radio, 17" silver 5 spokes, ALL ORIGINAL w/ 52k!! I checked out the forums and even looked at the "post your Camaro's" thread and I like how everyone has their own taste in appearance and performance mods!

I will most likely just do a Whisper or SLP lid, Pro 5.0 short shifter with lou's short stick and the 6litereater.com chin spoiler and possibly HIDs fogs/headlights.
I only have these 3 pics so far. I am going to detail it tomorrow before i go to the local car show.

Sharp looking car. That is what I'm looking into for this summer, only I think I want an '01 or '02.

Quick question. what steps should I use to detail black? I know i need to clay bar it and I'll be leaving in a couple days and I want to have a really good wax coating on it to last while I'm gone.

Jeez!!!! You got a damn good deal on that! I'm jealous. For both of my vehicles, I use Meguiars products. I know its not the premier product, but it seems to work good for me.

I already love driving it! I had some guy in an older M5 the other night pass me and once he passed me by about a car he slowed down to right next to me. I was doin 40 in 5th just cruisin and I bumped the throttle up 5mph and he took off lol. I didn't even want to waste my gas on him. I decided to not waste my gas on non turbo ricers and fords. I just didn't feel like racing that night.

Invite them to the track. I've done that to 2 of my friends 1 hasd a new Mustang the other a new Challenger they didn't show/ tHEY MUST OF NOTRICE WE WERE FASTER LO9L

I was meeting some friends at a restaurant the other night to hang out before I left for deployment and I catch a light with a yellow Daytona Charger. I asked the guy if he had anything done to it and all the guy could tell me was that it was a 6.1L HEMI and it was a "cop" engine. LOL. So light turns green and he chirps them and I just launch it lightly then roll into WOT at about 10 and right after I shifted into 2nd I blew his doors off probably a good 15mph faster. We stopped at about 60 and the guy wouldn't pull up next to me again. I was completely surprised how bad I pulled on him.
