    Hello from middle tennessee

Just registered but have been on the LS1 site since my wife insisted I look at and bought my now 2002 WS6 TA that was in a Buick dealers lot a couple of years ago. Had a 98 non-WS6 TA 10 years ago and always wanted a 2002 WS6-6 speed car since selling the '98.

I'd say I'm not your typical "hot rod" owner as I'm a young 68 years old. I guess when you grow up in the 60's/70's Muscle Car era you're hooked on fast great looking cars forever; I know I am.

You came to the right place... welcome! We were also "old school" until purchasing our '02 Trans Am back in 2008.

Appreciate the welcome guys. Yep, I miss the good old muscle car days when on Friday and Saturday nights it was a cruise-in. My muscle car days were in New Orleans where probably up to 100 cars would cruise and park between 3 drive-in restaurants all night long and impromto drag races were the norm.

Cruise ins happen pretty regularly around our area on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. No racing though. We take care of that at the track.
