    Hello All LSX owners!!

    hi there! i am Scott from Orlando Florida aka Dart_06 on other forums. i drive a pewter 98 s10 single stepside. i have countless hours and money in my truck but you can barely tell. its slow as molasses and its the tutu 4cyl's fault! haha i have owned it for a little over 3 years now and its pretty much all i have lol starting after the new year i plan on doing a lsx/t56 swap budget build! i am ecstatic!! i hope to get some head work and a cam installed before i do the swap but it will be my daily driver so gas mileage is a plus! any opinions on a good DD'able cam with a nice rumble to it would be great! so some of the things ive done to it since ive had it are instrument cluster swap to one with a tach, cavalier bucket seats, basic stereo, blazer disk break rear end, rear zq8 swaybars, 4/3 coil/leaf drop, zq8 wheels, rear step shavers (previously was a fleetside bed), and all the basic broken parts and maintenance stuff and im sure there are things if forgetting lol.. i have but yet to install a nicer black dash, factory g80 diff, blazer gas tank to mount behind axle, blazer dual piston front brakes, and c4 corvette wheels. so im sure you guys are bored by now so i think ill throw up some pics.. LOL

    when i first bought it




    got a flat and couldnt afford new tires but i got 2 wheels with tires for free, they were pretty small tho.. lol

    slid sideways into a curb which resulsted in 2 broken wheels and a bent axle shaft

    tinted tails/signals

    (bumper was caused by a caddy rear end)

    stepside bed even trade


    drop

    zq8 wheels

    cavi seats

    sway bar and disk brakes

    thanks for the welcome!! i cant wait to learn more about these lsx engines and seeing what you guys have done with them! here are some more pics!
    and yes some would call me retarded but i just like to have fun! lol
