Happy LS1 owner
Hey everybody
I have made the move and bought a 99 Pontiac Trans Am. I was looking for a sports car and wasn't sure what I wanted. I drive a Durango "hence the Durango login name" with a Hemi and wanted a car that had more power than my SUV and surprisingly enough they are not a dime a dozen.
There's something wrong in my opinion when your grocery getter has more power than your sports car and a sports car it is. My nephew has a Camaro and I tried it out last summer, well that was it. After all my research from an Infinity G35 to an RX7 the LS1 just brought it to a different level. I never thought about a Camaro or a Trans Am and you just don't know until you drive one. It is quite a machine. It is a very mechanical car, the shake noise direct steering makes it so much fun to drive.
Anyway as you can see I like my car it's black with leather and I really liked the interior of the car with all the bells and whistle that all still work.
Cheers everybody

Welcome to the site!!
Its great to see other people who enjoy driving their F-bods, they are a unique driving experience compared to other sports cars.
