    another NOOB

Just found this site, I just purchased a 1998 Trans Am. In pretty rough shape inside, Outside looks good. I'm sure I will find lots of help here, the car has the aluminum 5.7 350, automatic trans. Its a blast to drive, just needs some TLC. Already rebuilt trans, new tires, about to recover seats. Thanks

    Welcome to the site, Bill!

These cars do have a high fun factor. There isn't much of an aftermarket for interior pieces (other than dress up items) so you'll have to source parts from a salvage yard or specialty F-body supplier that has a stock of used parts.

It seems like most people don't know that until you tell them. Then they want to argue for a while about it afterward. I think we've all had that conversation with at least one person.
