Z06 computer replacement

I have a 2003 Corvette Z06 engine that was removed from a totaled car. I have purchased a new wiring harness from Painless that will run the engine. I need to find a computer that is tuned to remove the anti theft and safety settings. Any idea of who is doing this?

I am installing the running gear, suspension, transmission, and engine in a 67 chevelle convertable. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Please let me know any ideas or thoughts. Has anyone done this before?
