pewter- 2000 pontiac trans am ws-
vats bypass unsuccessful
i tried doind a bypass on my trans am because the security light is on but my attempt was unsuccesssful, i printed the info on the bypass and followede all the steps, and the light still remains on; any suggestions to what might be wrong?

Are you sure the resistor(s) are really close to the "nominal" value of the key pelet?

The nominal value for my kei is -0.887 and i bought 2 resistors to reach 890 because i couldn't find any resistors that balanced at 887, i had to but one for 560 and another one for 330 ohms, can u let me know if this is wrong? Thank You!!!

how do you have the resistors? In a series or parrallel? They have to be in a series.
