    Tune after LS6 head/intake swap?

I already know I'll need to get one to get the most HP/Tq out of the swap. But I've got a 2000 Camaro M6, Cammed/full exhaust. After the cam swap and bolt-on's I got a good dyno tune. Now I'm wanting to swap my stock heads/intake for LS6 heads/intake. My question is, after I swap them will I be ok to drive around without getting it re-tuned and be ok for a while? What if I just swap the intake for now? What about just the heads for now? Not sure which one I'm getting first, dont think I'll be able to afford to get them both right at once

The intake requires a reduction in timing and the heads would too most likely. The heads will require a fueling change also. You can drive on the parts, just no heavy throttle until it's tuned. If you are one of those people who will just be rough on it anyway, it's best to wait until you can get the car tuned to do the mods.

The combination of parts will need more and less fuel in different places than it did with the OEM heads and intake.
