TPS % issues? Help me please wizards!
O.K. after logging my cat for the first few times ever, ( rookie) I noticed that I may have found my low rpm ( 1200-1800rpm) bucking issue may be. My TPS% at say for example 55 mph ( this is just one of many instances throughout the logging) is at 0%. As far as I've read our TPS are not adjustable, correct? So.......maybe I need to raise the TPS via the adjuster screw for idle and do a idle relearn? Any other suggestions?

Change the TPS if you havent. Simple and cheap test to see if its actually the sensor

Well it seems to work right as I depress the pedal, not missing any range at all, so I figured why spend money on a new one if this one is working.
It is like either the tab on the throttle body that moves the TPS is bent or just needs to be open a hair by idle screw. Any time I'm crusing along in any gear just putting around it is at 0%? My blade is barely open if at all ( pedal is all the way back out pretty much.)

Unless you are pressing the gas at all it should be zero... or are you saying you are on the throttle and seeing 0 reported?

I am indeed on the throttle, but cruising speed like 55 in 6th or maybe 35-40 in 4th. Just low rpm crusing. It shows 0% and if I lift off the throttle I can tell I wa barely even in it. Like the minute amount of throttle it takes to do say 55-60 in 6th just isn;t registering TPS wise. I figure that it is putting me in the wrong fuel trim cells throughout the band. Now when I am at WOT it does register 100% and everything in between as a Potentiometer should. It;s just like the Throttle body isn't opening the blade on the TPS as early as it should. Factory TB by the way.

you should be able to sweep the throttle open and check the percent as you are opening if anytime it goes to zero it's a bad sensor
