Is there a way to test LS1 coil packs or the MSD replacements?

I usually check for power and ground to the coil. I also check for spark out of the coil with a HEI spark tester.

if you can get your hands on an automotive oscilloscope that is the best way to test coils for average tools tho you can test resistance(secondary and primary coils) but Ohm testing is unreliable unless it reads 0 or OL..... and like what cutlass said test your spark with a tester...
