    slp tune

hey guys, i was wondering if anyone has ever gone to slp in nj and had a dyno tune done. if so how was your expierence. i need a dyno tune bad, something is up with my enrichment tables or spark advance or something. the car has been pinging real bad at wot ever since i got it and i pretty much got it figured out that its nothing mechanical, so its got to be a bad tune that was done before i had the car. what do you guys think. can slp handle this.

    You would be surprised.

But anyone is better than SLP.
Maybe try PM'ing GTP231...I think he is in that area and has worked with several shops.

Two extremely bad experiences with them, as have a few other members of the board. Their service is the worst in aftermarket auto parts industry IMO. I would not spend $.25 with the SOBs.

You also might contact Frost on here and see if he can recommend anyone in that area for a good dyno tune.

I found it always a good practice to ask around and go check out a place and talk to the owners/workers there to get a good feel for a shop before having them perform any work on your car.

The atmosphere of any shop usually tells a story.
