    SD tuning....

ok i wanna talk about sd tuning... im working on my 00 ta heads cam ls6intake.

i have wot 90 % done so now im wokring on low end of my tables.

i seem to have lots of peaks and lows when i look at my 3d maping of it.

im not asking any one if my tuneing is right or not im just asking if cars with bigger cams have tables that look like this?

ps my PE table is 1.120 the whole way

first make sure you're getting solid data for all those points....set your histogram up to show >50 hits in those cells. I tried to get as many hits as possible in as many cells as possible and then I hand smoothed it. Keep in mind I'm running a 228R but here's what my ve looks like.

Click the toolbar's precision button to add a .0; you are working in whole numbers.

Avoid using narrowband's to tune the VE. With a wideband and OL, you can complete a VE in about 10 minutes or less without the endless revisions that come from trim tuning.
