They do have one thats a little more advanced,that i wanted after but for what i needed it for and price its great!     you can get an adapter they sell that has two alligator clamps and it houses a 9v battery. You clamp this adapter on the battery cables before you disconnect the battery and it provides power to the radio memory. I use it all the time and you don't lose the radio stations.
