Resetting computer deletes tune?

Just wondering if it does....we had a major rain storm here and I ended up having the TA out that day just my luck..come out from school and its pooring. I ended up nailing a few "ponds" along the way home and now my SES light is on. I wanna reset the computer but I had a dyno tune done and dont know if it will get rid of that at all. I tried searching..but dont think I have the right words to find what im looking for
