Personally I would stick with 3.73' unless you're building a track car. The pcm won't like those 4.10's. My buddy runs 3.90's in his a4 vette without a problem but he also can't hook the car at all on the street.

I have a 2000 TA, WS6,A4 and I installed 3.73 gears. I run about 2500 rpm's at 75 mph. The 3.73 gears works well at the track and works well if yours is a daily driver. I would stick with the 3.73's.
