Question about 98 LS1s
Can anyone tell me why the Diablo programmers are only for 99-02 and not the 98? Thanks.

98's have a different ecm... The pin punches are even different. I use to use the hyportech programmer for just 98's... Now the HP Tuners will work on all years including the 98's !!!

Thanks for the gouge guys! I've heard HPPs don't do a whole lot for M6 cars so I'll hold out a bit for one of the others.

Hey John, mail order tuning is $125 and can do much more than a handheld. Your location is convenient, you can ship cheap UPS ground and it's over night between us. More info here and a link to a contact form if you have any questions: http://www.lsxtune.com/shop/product_...roducts_id/631
