anyone know a better place to get a hypertech programmer? i found one for 288 trying to find the best deal....

don't waste your money--get a profesional tune from a tuner--about the same price sometimes less--You'll get way more for your money--use someone local and not mail order if you can--your HP and mileage will be better--A4's will shift better--with a handheld typically you ca change about 8-10 tables---with a pro tune from a tuner we change about 50-100 tables--not even a fair compaison

There are a lot better hand helds out there. I would read and learn as much as you can before making a decision. What mod plans do you have? Are you a DIY type of person or do you take the car places to have work done?

I think i bought mine back in the day for $150 used It was the biggest waste of money. I ended up using it on my wifes Z just to change the tranny shift points. Mine also died after 2 months and because I was not the original owner Hypertech would not even give me the option of paying them to fix it. My .02
