PCM work for my SS and dads Truck?

I have a 2001 SS Camaro and my Dad has a 1999 Chevrolet Express, Both being pretty opposite kinds of vehicles. My question is if I were to get a PCM, would we both be able to use it? And if so can you recommend one? I'd really appreciate the help.

----^ Not sure what your talking about but I'm looking for a scan and tune interface. Basically something that can delete codes such as o2 sensors ect. My question again was is there one out there that works for both the SS Camaro LS1 and the Chevrolet Express which I believe is a vortech 350.

Hptuner supports both your van and car.

Just to clarify, the PCMs are non interchangable.

the PCM is "brains" of your engine.

It sounds like you are getting the PCM and a hand-held tuner mixed up.

yeah, you're just confusing your terms. What you're looking for is an editor. Hptuners will do what you're looking to do.

i have a guy that could do it for you. he uses hptuners and is a one time fee for a life time tune. you add a bolt on, change heads and cam, and he will tune it again as long as you own the vehicle
