P0171 Code on 2000 SS

Hey guys, i have a 2000 camaro SS. it has a ported throttle body, ported heads, hooker headers, cats, no mufflers, NOS kit with 150 shot, 3.73 gears. I have only had the car about 2 months. all a sudden the service engine light came on. I hooked my obdII sensor to it and it showed a code P0171 (system lean bank1) any ideas why it may be running lean? I cleaned MAF sensor and it still turns on. Thanks

Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 1

Dont have a clue what that means.
