Headers and tune should wake the car up nicely. Hope you have a Y-Pipe and Cat-Back to help with the headers. Frost has a great turn around and is very good at what he does. Those two mods shouldn't disappoint and if you can keep out of the gas, you may get better MPG.

quick question when i do the headers im going to replace the spark plugs does everyone just run the OE AC-Delco's again or is there another plug? and is there a full kit for EGR and AIR delete kit that is "ONE" Kit?

I use AC delco Iriduims no problems here. Alot of people use NGK TR55's not a bad plug either. As for the delete kit, it needs to have 2 block off plates for the AIR portion, 1 for the EGR portion and a plug for the intake. You can fabricate those also. I did mine by getting a 5x5 electrical junction box cover plate (about $3). Pull out the gaskets of the AIR tubes at the manifold and the EGR gasket. With a marker draw the whole gasket, drill the holes out and cut them out.
If you can get a kit go with it, it will save you time. You can get the plug for the intake at any auto parts.
