I'd go over everything on the intake R&R again, probably not fuel or 02 related if you didn't have them before. If you need step by step diagnostics for them see www.gearchatter.com/viewtopic9369.php Both banks lean at the same time is probably a vacuum leak or unmetered air somewhere, so you're on the right track.

do you think I should replace the 0 rings on the injectors? I did remove the fuel rails off the intake when I changed over to the LS6 valley cover.

Could a Fitting on the catch can being a bit too loose cause unmetered air to enter the system?

O rings should be OK, not familiar on catch can setups but part of the diagnostics says to check the PCV valve/system. If it was loose I'd tighten it then clear the codes and see what happens.

I solved the problem, It turned out that the catch can was letting too much crank air into the intake manifold causing the lean code to pop up. I put my stock pcv valve in right after the out line on the catch can and boom problem solved, gave me enough restriction!!!! car idles great, shifts great, and flat out hauls ass!!!!! Thanks for the help guys!
