If it has been parked for any length of time the gas could be bad, which is probably causing a misfire and or knock, which in turn would make it run rough and down on power.

The tires are probably down on air if its been parked, refill them to 35psi,after a few cycles of driving the sensors will read normal and the light will go out.

    No prob.

If its really hot and humid or unusually cold the tank can sweat.

Sometimes the alcohol in the new formulated gas (E85 for example, 15%methanol/ethanol) will trap water from the tank sweating and cause driveability problems.
