MSD "Ignition Blaster" Coils for LS1

Has anyone ever installed or have any knowledge of MSD Ignition Blaster Coils? Are these worth the price? You can get them in a 8pack for about $650. Do they do anything for performance? Thanks.

MSD is awesome stuff, I run it on the classics here.

As far as LS engines go though, I don't see it as often. Considering the stock coils have been proven to support more than 1,000 hp it really becomes questionable as to whether it's worth the money to swap.

Save your money and stick with the stock coil packs. The MSD will not give you better performance, mileage or longevity. They just look cool and for 650.00 I will bypass cool for other things I need for my ride.
