    Master EFI Tuner

Masport has a book called "Master EFI Tuner". I was looking for books to read to learn how to tune myself. I really want to find a tuning for dummies per say book. Some one on the "other site" recommed this book. Does anyone have this book?

I have this book. Although it's very informative, it's still not enough information that I needed to tune my car. I had to ask more questions at HPTuners.com for more precise tuning. It's not a bad idea to have this book and Greg Banish DVD.

I was in the same boat. Bought 3-4 books and none of them really explained in great detail.

I got most all the info I needed from HPtuners site, and alot of help from others that tune here like Orion and Frost. From there it was a matter of just diving in and trying it. Once I found my way around the HPtuner software alot of the things I was told finally started making sense. Trial and error and alot of questions and you'll get there.
It helps to have a basic knowledge of what an engine likes and doesn't like, from there it's just understanding the tables in HPtuner. And that's where my biggest hangup was. I still struggle with tables that overlap other tables and become multipliers of this or that, it's a real pain in the butt. There isn't any book on the market I'm aware of that gets that far in detail.

If you're just looking for where to find certain tables, I have a free article (complete with highlighted screen shots) on my website here.
