    Mail Order Tune

I have was considering something like hp tuners but i really don't know if im smart enough to figure out how to get the most out of my car with the program.
I am now thinking about sending away my PCM. What companies have you guys used and what were your results?

    My car is a '99 Z28 6spd:
I have a slp lid, borla exhaust, free ram air, and am getting a port and polish tb, a 160 thermostat and maybe a ls6 intake manifold. I plan on doing more mods in the future and many of these online tuning sites have cheap prices on retunes. I know these are basic mods but i was wondering how much power a tune can get me with these mods?

    332 - 307 = 25

i wouldnt get a mail order tune. either get a dyno tune or tune it yourself..its takes time to tune it yourself, but you'll be able to make all the changes you need whenever you need to..it works on your schedule, not someone elses. Its really not that hard to learn. You just have to do a lot of reading and practicing. It actually becomes pretty addicting Im glad I got HPTuners!!! If you go that route, invest in a wideband from the start..it will save you alot of time tuning!
